Collection: Saws

While Japanese planes require complex setup, these Japanese saws are ready to use right out of the box. The laser-hardened teeth have a long service life, and the "pull-stroke" allows for minimal material thicknesses and saves energy during sawing.
Depending on the grain direction, different saws are used. As a rough rule of thumb, large tooth spacing is suitable for cutting the long grain in long timber, while small tooth spacing is suitable for tear-free cuts in cross-grain timber.
